About Us
products“Sinaloense”-
It originates from or pertains to the state of Sinaloa, MX. That’s where our name came from! Although I am Assyrian, I married a Sinaloense man, and this is where our journey began.
My husband and I were inspired to open a food truck because of our love for our vacations to Mexico and all of the delicious food stands we would consume that was available at nearly every corner.
Our late-night walks in the small towns were our favorite. Grabbing a cold corona or a Michelada made from a kind local out of his street stand was a thing. The best part to follow was the street food- the smell of freshly cooked Asada drew us over to the nearest taco stand! Is it just us, or do tacos taste better when in Mexico?
Our goal was to bring that feeling to our community and save you the flight and vacation costs. Although, you should still take that vacation at some point! Did we know a food truck would be as much work as it turned out to be? Nope- but here we are opening our second location SOON! We hope to fulfill our goal & dreams one day to open a restaurant of our own, but until then, we hope you enjoy our authentic Mexican food.
We took many trips to my husband’s hometown and the surrounding cities of Culiacan, Sinaloa. We were inspired to bring all the good eats back home and began the process of getting our food truck built-in 2016. We finally opened our first truck in 2018! We had a bus torn down, and a brand-new kitchen was built on the chassis. Literally, Food on wheels. Thanks to all the blessings & support from the many people we have met, we have our second truck currently being completed to be open by August 2022. We have had so many inquiries about catering to parties & events. Our goal is to create the same food truck experience at your event by bringing our truck to your guests & serving them from our windows—the ultimate food truck experience.

* If it takes you more than two bites to eat a taco, you’re doing it all wrong.
* Which way is your tilt? Almost e v e r y o n e tilts their head fully to the right or left when eating a taco.
* It’s okay if you fall apart sometimes. Tacos fall apart & we still love them.
*If you can’t decide between having a sandwich or a taco, have a multi-taco, It’s a taco sandwich with an added crunch.
“Vampiro” tacos are a must to try- it got its name because the tortilla crisps up on the grill/flame & begins to resemble a bat’s wing. This delicious taco is on the verge of being on a tortilla & tostada.
